Q3MT100 is a next-generation distribution and measurement system designed to meet diverse customer needs. The system seamlessly integrates pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, and advanced logic software.
The system can be customized to meet individual customer needs. Measurement data is automatically and reliably transferred to the customer’s server via a cloud connection.
A remote connection can be established with the system, enabling quick troubleshooting and maintenance regardless of location.
Automated data transfer and reliable measurement results reduce manual work and lower operational costs.

Solution for AdBlue distribution – in collaboration with SAMAT NORDIC.
In 2021, we delivered a MID-approved equipment system for AdBlue distribution to SAMAT NORDIC transport company. This state-of-the-art system is designed to support 24/7 operations, where reliability and efficiency are key.
Certified quality and compliance
The Q3MT100 system is designed and tested to meet the strictest international and EU regulatory requirements. The system has passed the EU type approval and is implemented in accordance with European Parliament Directive 2014/32/EU, Module B. Additionally, the system complies with the OIML R117-1 Edition 2019 (E) requirements.

Leverage from the EU
Q3 Measuring Technology Oy is developing its operations in accordance with the Sustainable Growth and Jobs 2014-2020 Finnish Structural Fund Programme and with the support of the Central Ostrobothnia ELY Centre.
The project aimed at creating a carbon-neutral Q3MT fluid MID/ATEX approved distribution system. By utilizing battery technology, the system reduces truck idle time to zero during the distribution process. This has a significant impact on transportation companies’ cost efficiency and carbon footprint.
The products were designed and tested between 2020 and 2023, with serial production starting in 2024. With the launch of the new product and manufacturing business, we are on a path of profitable growth and expanding into international markets.
